Why: Working with fourth-generation vigneron Pascal Biotteau, Mary selected and assembled the blend from two distinct Anjou terroirs, resulting in a complex, fresh, mineral themed white. Flavors of red and yellow apple, honey, and yellow flower blossoms all support a spine of chalk.
