What: Riesling

Why: Offering up a deep and nicely ripe bouquet of grapefruit, tart orange, a touch of peach, lemongrass, salty minerality and a gently smoky topnote. On the palate the wine is crisp, fullish and shows a nice touch of ripe fruit on the attack, a lovely core, bright acids and fine length and grip on the very nicely balanced finish.
