What: Pinot Noir

Why: Simple but pleasant aromas of ripe berries, earthy mushrooms and plum skins show on the nose of this bottling. There's a hint of ripe red fruit on the sip but then come more interesting waves of tea leaves, eucalyptus and a strong, slightly overbearing tobacco-leaf flavor.
